Live Your Dreams!

Holy Friends,

I now begin my blog, and the message is the same as it is at the beginning of all my talks:

It’s not about me or my story. It's about all of us, sharing together to find our own spark, our own stories, our own personal, enchanted journey through life; reaching our individual and collective goals and helping others reach theirs. 

We have forgotten who and what we are. We have forgotten how awesome our potential is - potential to live joyous, fulfilling and healthy lives,  and potential to help other people live remarkable lives, too.

Each and every one of us is so special. Unique. We should be living extraordinary, empowered, wonder-filled lives. It seems like many people in this generation have low self-esteem, or are just ‘getting by’; surviving instead of thriving.  It’s not good enough!

Know that you are very special, that you bring something to creation that no-one else does or can. Really know that deeply. Even if you aren’t sure what exactly it is, know that it is true, because if it weren’t, you just wouldn’t be here.

First thing in the morning we say  ‘Modeh Ani’ – ‘grateful am I.’ How sweet to start the day with gratitude! The pasuk ends with the words ‘Rabbah Emunatecha’ – ‘Great is your faithfulness!’

Let me ask you... shouldn’t it say ‘Rabbah Emunati’ – ‘great is my faithfulness?’ Surely it is all about me having faith in Hashem?

Not so my friends. It is teaching that Hashem has faith in us. He knows what we are capable of and He knows that each and every one of us has a special role in His ultimate plan. Otherwise, He wouldn’t have bothered renewing our lives again today. So use this day properly, justify His faith in you, and start having a little faith in yourself, too.

Don’t ever forget how special and important you are, how much you have to offer to yourself and the world around you. 

May we all be blessed with health, wealth, wisdom and joy.
